Precious Homes is an adult social care business that provides care and support to people with learning difficulties who may present with behaviour described as challenging.
Arc Seven was brought in to help the company tell the stories of its success and to create a continued news presence to deepen engagement with existing stakeholders and reach out to new ones.
- Creation of information pipelines throughout the organisation to ensure that the most meaningful and impactful content is available
- Messaging audit – working with Precious Homes to develop the messages that are most relevant to their key stakeholders
- Production of monthly e-newsletter and quarterly printed newsletter covering the four elements of the Precious brand; care, community, company and employer
- Creation and operation of social media channels
- Liaising with frontline staff to obtain the stories and content that help shape the reputation of the organisation
