Arc Seven Communications is led by former journalist Alistair Clay and anthropologist Dr Gemma Clay. We are passionate about the provision of high-quality health and social care services and we are proud of the role we play in helping our clients to succeed.

As a former national journalist, Alistair works alongside operators and investors to develop communications strategies that build strong reputations for successful, trusted businesses in the health and social care sectors.

Alistair has handled countless major crises and guided his clients through BBC & Panorama investigations, the COVID-19 pandemic, national media campaigns and multiple challenging issues.

Gemma Clay

As a health and social care specialist, Gemma is the strategist at the heart of all our major comms campaigns. She has an excellent understanding of the reputational issues the sector faces and with a PhD in Anthropology, her behavior-led strategies focus on engaging key stakeholders, building trust and delivering real impact for clients.

Gemma is also a co-founder of Sweet Pea, the home care app that helps families find, monitor and manage their loved one’s care.
